Lamb chops, shish, kofta and the fish of the morning on one board, with bread from the coals and three mezze. For two to three.

289 AED

Nār is one long counter around one long grill. The charcoal is lit at five, the fish comes in every morning, and the bread is baked on the coals while you order. The terrace by the lake opens from October to April. Groups of up to 24 can book the whole counter.

    No gas, no fryer. Fish, meat, vegetables and bread all cook over the same charcoal.

Do I need to book?

For Thursday to Saturday, yes. Send us the time and the number of guests on WhatsApp and we confirm within minutes.

Is there vegetarian food?

Yes. The charred aubergine, the smoked labneh, the halloumi and the coal-roast cauliflower are all vegetarian.

Can we book for a group?

Up to 24 guests at the counter, with a set menu from 189 AED per person. Write to us on WhatsApp.

Is there parking?

Paid parking under Cluster D, and the JLT metro station is a five-minute walk.
